In order to add an Announcement you must first be a member. Once you are a member you can log into the Members Area. Once you are there you can create a new Announcement through two ways. On the Members Area Home Page at the very top there is a link that says New Announcement or you can use the User Menu and go to Online Tools and then choose Announcements. Once there, there is a link at the top the say New Announcement. Once you have clicked on the link using either way you will be asked for information. Once you have completed all the information click on the link that says Submit Announcement and you will have submitted a new announcement.
