Stats Box Management Upgrade

The Firehouse Solutions Web Team has introduced a new stats box management tool.  The new tool allows you to create stats boxes, update titles, turn totals on and off, and much more.  It will also allow you to transition into a new year without having to create a support request.

In order to apply this new feature to our websites, our team must manually update HTML code on the public side of each website.  The process will be time-consuming, but it ensures that colors and styles are maintained for each website.  We expect to have all stats boxes transitioned by January 31, 2014.  Thank you for your patience.

In the meantime, there are two links under Website Management for Stats Box Management.  Feel free to try out the new tool and update your incident statistics.  After January 31, we will remove the old link for the websites.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via Support@FirehouseSolutions.com.
