Training Center Now Available - Firehouse Solutions

We're excited to announce the release of our new Training Center module, now available for all Package 1 and Package 3 website clients.

The Training Center is a portal that allows your department to manage training presentations, quizzes, certifications, and reporting in one convenient location. You'll find it in your Members Area under Administration Menu → Training Management, and your members will see a new Training Center link in their Members Area menu.

Key features include:

Host training presentations built from your own uploaded slides, or embed PowerPoint presentations, Google Slides, and YouTube videos.
Create custom training quizzes with automatic grading of multiple choice, multiple response, and true/false questions. Plus short-answer questions reviewed by your training officer.
Auto-generate PDF completion certificates for presentations and quizzes.
Track certifications and receive automated reminders before certifications expire. Members can even submit their own certifications for approval.
Set an annual training-hours target and monitor progress with the compliance dashboard, member leaderboard, and a variety of reports.

Training doesn't have to be managed by an administrator. You can give your training officer access by assigning them the Training role on the Website Managers page.

The Training Center has been added to all Package 1 and Package 3 websites. If your department prefers not to have it active, please let us know by emailing Support@FirehouseSolutions.com.
