We’ve been busy adding new features and improvements across the platform. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s new and how it can help your department.
Smart Search in the Members Area
Tired of clicking through five pages to find last month’s meeting minutes? Located at the top of the Members Area, users can now just type what they’re looking for: “SCBA inspection form,” “next drill night,” “mutual aid agreement” and Smart Search pulls up the right thing from anywhere on your site. Documents, meeting minutes, calendar events, news posts, web pages. It understands plain English, so there’s no need to remember exactly what something was called or where it was filed. No more digging.
Records and Reports
Keeping up with member points shouldn’t be a second job. Log calls, drills, meetings, training, and other qualifying activity right in the software, and let it do the tallying. Run a report whenever you need to see where everyone stands for the year, whether that’s for an officers’ meeting, a LOSAP review, or just answering “how many drills have I made?” Give us a shout and we’ll turn it on for your department. No extra setup on your end.
Website Updates e-Alert
If you want to know what we’re fixing, adding, or working on behind the scenes, you can now sign up to hear about it. New features, known issues, maintenance windows, the techy stuff - straight from us, only if you want it. It’s a great fit for whoever uses your site day to day. Members can turn this e-Alert on or off anytime in their e-Alert settings.
