With the Training Center roll-out, an amazing feature would be to create a “Credential” and assign activities to it with a sign-off for that credential. I am thinking in terms of being able to track things like:
- Rookie book
- Acting officer
- Driver Training

This credential could be then assigned to a user and their progress tracked. Possibly also providing a dashboard of sorts (Who can drive, Who can tech, etc).

Chris, we appreciate the feedback.  We are currently ironing out minor bugs and usability issues with the Training Center.  Especially now that many organizations are using it.

I think the best word for this is Qualification.  Examples.  Qualified to Drive Engine 2.  Qualified to Fill Air Bottles.  Qualified to be Fire Police, Qualified to teach pre-basic, etc.  These qualifications are unlimited and typically in-house.  The concept is good.

We will keep this thread active and re-visit it in the future for team discussions.  Thank you!
