Notification E-mails Added to Databases on Update/Delete

Customers now have the ability to send notifications via e-mail when records are updated or deleted.  This setting is located in the Members Area > Website Management > Databases.  Once a database is selected, there is a new checkbox called "Notify on Record Updates".
 
We have this setting checked by default.
