Prefill Signup Sheet Names

Under Consideration

Each year we establish committees and post sign-up sheets to for additional participants. The ability to pre-fill not just the position description but the member (or just a text field) would be great!

A sort term solution would be to allow sign-ups for sheets that are locked for administrators or allowing administrators to do sign-ups on pending sheets.
