Feature Request: Conditional (cascading) questions in database forms

Please add the ability to show or hide a question, or a group of questions, based on how an earlier question is answered.

Use case: We want crews to complete our fireboat check list on their phones in the members area. Most items pass, so follow-up questions should only appear when something is wrong.

For example:
  • “Engine oil level?” → if Low, show “Did you add oil? How much?”
  • “Does the pump start and run?” → if No, show “What happened?”
  • “How many full air packs?” → if less than 4, show “Why?”
What we’d need:
  • Show/hide rules based on a dropdown, Yes/No, number answer
  • Hidden questions aren’t required when submitting
  • Works on iPhone and Android
Apparatus and equipment checks are common for every department, so this would help a lot of Firehouse Solutions customers.
