For members area, it would be wonderful to provide both options, instead of one or the other.   We have some strong google users, and others who do not really understand it. Is it possible to provide both features at once to a customer for their website area?

Do you offer a mobile app, instead of having to use mobile web pages, this would also be nice, particularly for features like sign up sheets.
